- Clients must first redeem the credit voucher using their accumulated Points through their Account Manager.
- To activate the voucher, clients must deposit the equivalent cash amount into their Vantage live trading account.
- Example: Redeem a 500 USD credit voucher → deposit 500 USD → receive 500 USD credit voucher.
- 100% Credit Voucher - Each client is allowed to claim up to 3 times during this program.
- 125% Credit voucher - Each client is allowed to claim up to 3 times during this program.
- Once the top-up is confirmed, Vantage will manually deposit the credit voucher into the client's trading account.
- Credit vouchers can be applied to the eligible account type of the client's choice (STP, ECN, etc.).
- Voucher credits are usually processed within 7 business days after deposit confirmation.
- Each voucher redemption is single-use and must match the exact deposit amount.
- Credit vouchers are not withdrawable and are intended for trading purposes only.
- Once the redemption request is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Vantage reserves the right to reject or revoke any credit voucher in cases of abuse, fraud, or failure to meet deposit
