Points & Perks Program Promotion Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Points & Perks Program ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
Promotion Period
The Promotion is available from 17 July 2025 to 17 January 2026, based on system time ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:
- Must be clients referred by the participating Introducing Broker (IB).
- Must have a STP, ECN, Perpetual, Copy Trading or Premium trading account with Vantage.
- Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

To participate, clients must opt-in to the Promotion via Client Portal or App.
Bonus or Reward Structure
Eligible clients will earn one (1) point for every USD 1 million in notional volume traded during the Promotion Period.

- Only closed trades held for 10 minutes or more will be counted towards this Promotion.
- Trading position(s) executed before opt-in will not be included in the calculation of notional volume aggregation.
Prize Fulfillment
- Points earned can be redeemed for prizes listed in the Gift Catalog available at: insertURL. The catalog may be updated from time to time. Clients should check the latest version before placing a redemption request.
- Redemption Cycles:
- Vouchers: Processed weekly (at the start of each week).Example: A voucher request made on Tuesday will be processed the following Monday.
- Physical Items: Processed monthly (at the start of each month). Example: An item requested on the 5th of the month will be processed at the start of the following month.
- Redemption Limit:
- Items valued at 50 points and above may only be redeemed once per month per client, in accordance with the redemption cycle above.
- Clients can check their points balance by contacting their Account Manager. All prize redemption requests must also be submitted through the Account Manager.
- Once a redemption request has been submitted, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
- Clients must provide Vantage with their full name, residential address, email address and phone number to facilitate the shipping of their prize. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information as required. Vantage will not be held liable for any failure in prize delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by them. The information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion and will be processed in accordance with Vantage’s Privacy Policy.
- Prizes will be dispatched within 30 business days of the processing date. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond Vantage's control.
- All prizes are subject to availability. In the event a prize becomes unavailable, Vantage reserves the right to request the client to amend their selection.
- Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and depend on product availability.

Disqualification
Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates any of the Terms
- Provides false information
- Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, such as churning.
Modification and Termination
Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion. This may include disqualifying participants or adjusting prize eligibility due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or other circumstances deemed necessary by the Company. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.
Local Laws and Jurisdiction
This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.
Data Protection and Privacy
By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
Liability
Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

Definitions
- System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.
- Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.
- Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.
- Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.
- Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items or vouchers.
- Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.
- Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.
General Terms and Conditions
- The Promotion applies only to valid STP and ECN accounts. Cent accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.
- Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.
- Clients are prohibited from using trading credits for hedging positions. Vantage may revoke any trading credit or profits generated through hedging if violations are detected.
- New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.
- Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
